B’KATE COSMETICS Wholesaler Application
Thank you for your interest in B’KATE® Brow Cosmetics. We know our products will be the perfect compliment to your current offerings. To apply to become an Authorized B’KATE Retailer please complete the form below and provide a copy of the your company resale license issued by the state in which you operate.

Minimum Order
B’KATE Brow Cosmetics® requires an opening order with a retail starter kit of your choosing. Upon approval, you’ll have access to re-order additional products with your wholesale discount with no minimums required.

Orders
Orders can be placed using by using our site http://bkatecosmetics.com. Our site provides a fast and easy way for you to place your orders. It ensures the quickest turn-around time and reflects current product availability. Once you are approved, your account will reflect your wholesale discount with no code required.

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of shipping. B’KATE® accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. 

Shipping
Our goal is to fill your order quickly and accurately. Orders typically ship within one to two business days. We use USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers. Expedited shipping is available upon request. 

Once a package leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the chosen carrier, such as USPS or UPS, it is then the responsibility of the carrier. Your carrier can track the package to indicate the last scanned location and every attempt should be made to work with the carrier to aid in the recovery of the package.
If your package is late or shown to be delivered, and you have not received it, please work with your local carrier to retrieve it. B'KATE Cosmetics is not responsible for mis-delivered, damaged during delivery or lost packages once the package has been scanned at the origination.

Pricing
B’KATE Cosmetics requests authorized retailers to sell products at the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Failure to comply with the B’Kate pricing policy may result in removal of authorized retailer status.

Satisfaction Policy
We want you and your customers to be happy with the products you purchase from B’KATE®. If you are not satisfied, please email us to start your return hello@bkatecosmetics.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how to ship the product back. All returned items must be unused, unopened, in new condition and be in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. If your order did not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment.

Damages and Issues
Once you receive your order, you have 7 business days to go through your order to ensure everything ordered was received. If there is an error, please contact wholesale customer service at hello@bkatecosmetics.com immediately.

Selling Venues
Becoming a B’KATE Retailer allows you to sell B’KATE Cosmetics in your physical storefront(s), salons and on your own company branded web site. You may not sell B’KATE products on any third-party website (sites such as Amazon or eBay) or through any third-party physical storefront.
